Hello guys!

Mailed my package on Oct. 25

Delivered today Oct. 27 even though it’s Saturday. I thought it would be redelivered on a Monday since no office on weekends.

My conditional gc will expire on Nov. 3. I filed late since I waited for my divorce judgment to be finalized. So i’m a I-751 divorce waiver filer here.

Hi. I've also filed for my ROC this month. I read somewhere in this I751 forums that someone filed a  big package. Mine was just the main form, two most recent lease contracts, child birth certificate, 2 joint tax returns, car loan and 15 pictures of us 3, life insurance benefit for my wife, medical insurance policies for us 3, flight tickets for us 3. I didn't even include the affidavits.

By the way, I am in TN so I filed to the Texas Service Center

Hope that works

You good, you got it all, that's what they looking for, car loan, shows commitment, and it's sort of a joint asset, also the tax return concretize the relationship...you should be fine...best of luck

Hello, all,

We just sent my wife's ROC packet to the USCIS lockbox in Arizona yesterday (her conditional GC expires mid Jan 2019). My understanding is that it's not a USCIS service center.

Anyone knows where my wife's packet will actually be processed? We are in Hawaii.

Thank you very much in advance!

Good you get the divorce finalized, that would have been an hurdle, you still good, the petition will get in before the expiration and of course you are still in between you 90 days window. If u not taking a new job and not traveling, just wait patiently to receive your 18 months NOA, which will be anytime between 30 days of your petition acceptance. Good luck

Thank you! so the facility in Arizona is a lockbox and actual processing center?

I am a bit confused, since I was told that it's a just lockbox to receive packets but does not process them.

Yes your file will be transferred to a processing center . I sent mine in September to AZ lockbox and it was transferred to Nebraska service center. My case number started with LIN. Just call them and they will give you your case number

Hello everyone, I sent my package on October 1st (Texas). I just got my NOA with the 18 month extension. The case number starts with SRC what service center is that? I am guessing that the next step is the Biometrics? how long does it take to receive the appointment?

Thank you all for sharing your ROC journey so far, it is extremely helpful for us to know what to expect!!!

Here is some info that might be helpful if anyone is reading this prior to filing:

USCIS calculator to find out when you are allowed to file: https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/dateCalculator.html

VJ guide: https://www.visajourney.com/content/751guide

I did not know payment with Credit card was allowed by USCIS, I just read it in this forum, and maybe will be using in the future.

I am ready to send off my package tomorrow.

It was very helpful reading this thread while doing a last check on my form and documents (I am triple-checking the signature on the form and the filing date!).

Here is what I have: E-notification form, I-751, $680 check, copy of front and back of GC (exp. Jan/2019), copy of deed for joint house ownership, 2017 tax return jointly, utility bill with both names, phone bill with joint plan and history of calls between us, multiple insurance policies with both names, joint membership to Costco, invitation and photos of our wedding that happened last month, flight reservations for both of us to visit the family in Ohio for Thanksgiving, 5k run participation together (photo, registration and finish times), holiday and wedding cards addressed to both, multiple photos (with name, A# and brief description on back).

Feeling pretty good about the package we are filing, but now this is the bad news I just came across on USCIS website...  Slow torture and too cruel!!!
