Thank you all for suggestions on what to send.

I sent affidavits from in laws and husband explaining our financial arrangement. Bank account statements for throughout the span of our marriage (4 years). Income tax returns, tax return transcripts, W2s. Letters from both our employers that we added each other as our beneficiaries after marriage. Copy of driver license showing I was only able to drive in 2017 and auto insurance policy after 2017 showing us as drivers on same policy. Medical bills from last 4 years and health insurance cards. Plane tickets for all trips taken in last 4 years (1 each year) and pictures. Affidavits from 2 people corroborating the bonafide nature of our marriage along with our pictures with them. This is all I have so fingers crossed.

I sent my response to RFE on Nov 12 through overnight delivery. USPS tracking showed USCIS received my mail on Nov 13. USCIS updated their website that they received my response on Nov 15. Waiting game begins again. Don't know how long does Vermont Service Center take to make a decision on an RFE

I am California and still waiting. I wonder if just to be more patient and what are the odds of getting approved by end of year. I haven't called USCIS and case tracker is still stuck at Fingerprint Fee Received on October 22, 2018.

Hi! I'm an CSC applicant still waiting too.

Considering the Processing Time for CSC is currently 16 to 21.5 months, our cases will be processed between February and July/ August 2020:unsure:

I've tried to use the VJ Timeline tool  to see where the CSC actually is in terms of processing, but with so many transferred cases, it's impossible.

So I decided to create this thread. Check it out:

Wow! Then I have to closely monitor my mails, I chatted with USCIS today, I was connected to live rep. I requested to be booked an infopass as the previous one expire soonest. She gave me an item number and told me I will be called on a certain phone. Today makes exactly 13 months of my ROC acceptance. Still hanging on patiently waiting.

Have you heard back from a USCIS officer yet?  My wife called on Friday to try to get an InfoPass appointment scheduled and they told her she would receive a call within 48-72 hours.

Still no call yet so we're hoping they didn't mess up on her phone number or something like that.

It’s just barely 48hrs now, I haven’t received their call yet. However, the first infopass appointment I tried booking, earlier last month, they did call me back and told me I had to wait till a 30 days window to expiration of my initial I-551 stamped last year ,2018. So when I called again this month, they gave me item # and a phone that will call me back. It is not up to 72hrs yet, so I am still waiting. I hope they call, they always keep to their words. Once I hear from them, I will surely update that here. If you chatted with them, you can’t get the phone number wrong, if yours is above 72hrs and they didn’t call, I believe your card is on it’s way. If your case is already approved, I think they won’t want to schedule you for stamping anymore. Good luck

Boy, I love your optimism!  That would be great if the card was on the way.  We're signed up for USPS Informed Delivery and I haven't received a notice about anything coming yet, nor has the case status been updated (although apparently that hasn't mattered for a few posters before us).  We'll see..

I'll touch back when/if we hear back from someone today.

I just saw in the case tracker app today that our case was transferred to another office and that they're sending a transfer notice in the mail to us. Coincidentally or not, today was the biometrics appointment for the N400 application.

Anyone here had their cases transferred? If so, was it related to applying for citizenship?

Welp - it's been 72 hours and we received no phone call.  We decided to go the "Ask Emma" route and we spoke to an online representative.  It's a lot better having everything in writing for sure than trying to understand someone over the phone.  She had to be placed BACK into the scheduling queue and now our 48-72 hour wait begins again.  I'm not sure what happened - we received no explanation but we didn't want to question or push the issue.  Her I-551 stamp expires December 9th, and she's a teacher, so we were trying to get her in next week while school is closed for Thanksgiving Break.. hopefully we can get that accomplished.

The representative did tell us though that she'll still be able to get another I-551 stamp, even if the current one expires, because her green card was stolen earlier this year, she still has a pending I-751, and we also have a police report to show that her purse and wallet were stolen.

Good, I think all will fall in place with time, the keyword is patience. Cheers

Update:

On November 20, 2019 my WAC case was transferred.

Case Status: "Case Transferred and new Office has Jurisdiction"

I don't know to where yet.

I am just happy it is not in the California limbo anymore.
I checked the Workload Transfer Updates and there is no note of transfer on November 20, no I am assuming my case was transferred to my local office because I applied for Citizenship on October 28, 2019.

BTW the status changed in the Case Status Online (https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do), but not on https://myaccount.uscis.gov/

Activating notifications on https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/displayLogon.do is very useful.

Wow! Finally Vermont service center is moving. Just checked my status now and it says new card is being produced. My application was received November 1, 2018, extension letter wasn’t received until July 2019. Did my biometrics December 2018. I chatted with a live agent on November 18, 2019. Today the 21st November status changed to new card being produced.
I wish every one still waiting luck.

Congratulations, good one, happy Thanksgiving at last! Hahahahha, what was it you chatted with the live rep about? Did you receive an item number and a call back from the uscis? And finally did you enroll for electronic text or email alert? If yes did you receive any of the alert messages before you found out the card was been produced? Sorry for these too many questions, am just trying to work out the pattern. Thanks and once more, congratulations

Thank you, happy thanks giving. I asked the rep why my application was taking longer to be processed and he referred me to their website to check the processing time for my service center. No item number nor phone call back. Yes, I registered for text and email alert, but didn’t get none. I refreshed the Case tracker app on my phone, and boom!!status was new card is being produced. You’ll definitely get yours approved too, it’s just around the corner..Wish you all the best.
