i did the chat thing but so far (2 hrs) no changes to the status

So sorry to hear that. Again my theory is just that a theory. Not sure if it is confirmed. I just saw someone else do the same or similar to that and maybe it was my luck yesterday but the change almost instantaneous. I checked people before me and after me according to our case number and no one else was approved. I check statuses daily and lately for Vermont they were in 18100 in the last 5 digits the last I checked.

Just to give an idea my case had the last 5 digits in 21000 numbers.

Got it, mine is in 27000 range :) It was most likely a coincidence or maybe your case was already adjudicated but they forgot to change status so it was an easy fix? I was doing the lookups of random numbers before mine  (within a couple hundreds) and a ton of them were actually not for ROC - some of them for EAD/AP, some for ROC for non-family stuff so I couldn't get a good gauge of the speed but it seemed like most ROCs are also in the 'fingerprint review completed'.

Sorry about that, click on Make an Infopass Appointment and follow suit. Good luck.

I must confess that I am really stupid. For some reason, when I tried 'Ask Emma', after I typed in 'InfoPass' and then chose 'Make an infopass appointment, I was always shown a list of links. There was no live agent answering. When I typed in 'chat with a representative', Ask Emma showed the system did not understand what I meant. I am extremely curious how other people here were able to get connected to a real human representative.

GreenGem, were ever contacted about biometrics?  Your signature states otherwise.  My case was assigned to Nebraska Service Center and want to know if there is anything to expect other than what your timeline states.  I also heard that people who get MSC get an interview, any comments?  Your process really went fast compared to a big number of other people.

Thank you.

Who knows what it was. All I can say is that even today I checked people before and after me there is hardly any approval. I narrow the search to just ROC filers. When did you have your bio? Ours was in dec of last year.

Not sure what question I asked but I asked about case status and emma gave me option after several tries to speak to representative. I know I said the answers that emma provided were not helpful.

I will be honest I dont remember the whole conversation word by word or even the whole sequence of it. I just know that it took me few tries before I could chat with a live agent.

Iirc when I clicked on make an info pass appt it asked for a reason and I wrote something too generic for it to reply with links (which it will if you write ‘case status’). I think I just write one word ‘expired’ and it worked. But I also had to try a few times. I’m also not sure if they have live agents 24/7 so I tried during business hours.

So our bio was dec 12. Dont lose hope. It is any day now.

I just talked to a representative on the live chat and they told me things I already knew like :"You can get an idea of how long it will take to process your case from the processing time table available on our website at egov.uscis.gov/processing-times." and "Yes, you may file for naturalization once you have been a permanent resident for three years and you have been married to a U.S. citizen for three years and remain married to him or her. However, your application for naturalization cannot be approved until your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, is approved."

My I-751 is still showing as "Fingerprint Review was completed".

Here is how to reach the live chat: Ask Emma> type "Connect to Live Chat"> click on "Case Status"> choose "Connect to Live Chat".

Thanks @ascazubi

My I-751 case is in California, now between 16 and 21.5 months for processing times, which would push my approval to sometime btw February and July 2020.:(

In January I changed my address and I did the Biometrics in July, no RFE and no transfer.

Yeah. The chat worked for me, and by that I mean that I was able to communicate with an actual person, but she basically just told me to be patient. The case is still in a "normal processing window" so chill, essentially. I also mentioned that we filed N400 and wanted to know if the I-751 pending would create any issues for that, just probing, and she also said no. Hoping at least that this makes someone pick up our file again.

Why this for the profile pic?  Often in movies and on TV when they show Hawaii they show this beach/view. So, instead of doing Kauai or some other locale, we decided to do here, so that whenever some show shows Hawaii and this view, we will see where we were married.

Congratulations!!!, it’s good news, you mean you filed N-400 and they didn’t transfer your case? That’s rather surprising. All the same, it’s great it ended well. I am still here hanging on, also SRC filer, no transfer, N-400 not file yet.
