-various photographs of us

Since our submittal in October 2018, we bought a house, my wife got a job as a resident physician,  but we do not have any children right now.

Here is what I am submitting in RFE

-Copy of Driver's Licenses for both of us (showing new address)

-Tax Returns (Transcripts and the Actual Return with W2's)

-Bank Statements generated since I-751 submittal

-Credit card Statements generated since I-751 submittal

-Updated letter from 401k company stating my wife as a beneficiary

Do you guys think what we are sending is sufficient? Any advice on anything else to include?

Would appreciate the advice.

edit: we lived with my parents at the time of I-751 submittal in October.

Should we include updated affidavits as well?

Hi @Godisincontrol

Not sure if you realized but this is the October 2018 Filers thread.

Anyways, welcome to the ROC Journey!

It's going to be a long process.

First thing your check will be cashed within a week, usually 3-5 business days from the day they received.

The 18 Month Extension should be mailed to you within 2-4 weeks, maybe less. I have seen people getting it within 1-2 weeks.

A Service Center will be assign to your petition. When the time comes you will receive the Biometrics Appointment or a Letter stating that they will reuse your biometrics. You can expect the Bio letter anytime within a 5-10 months. I received mine 8 months after they received the petion.

Good luck!

Congratulations @Everlast

Last night I got into panic mode.

Received notification that the Card arrived at the post office, so since I was in the area I went to the Post Office but I was told i cannot pick the parcel up because it's scheduled for tomorrow's deliveries.

No problem.

At 8 PM got notification that the card WAS DELIVERED AT 12:42 PM. We have cameras at home and I looked no one delivered anything. So freaked out because I really didn't want to pay the replacement fee and wait another 10-12 months for the card to arrive.

Went to the post office this morning and they told me it's going to be delivered today, but could not tell me why the tracking says it was delivered.

Anyways, I got the card today. I had my parents that are visiting from Romania to send me pictures LOL.Will check it out as soon as I get home.

Hello all! We are going to move states from California to Texas and I filed my I-751 in California so CSC. If I move, does my jurisdiction change?

Your jurisdiction will change with respect to your eligibility to apply for citizenship--you have to live in the state or district 3 months prior to submitting the application.  As to your I-751, they won't forward it based on moving unless they plan to interview you.

What's the most up to date and accurate method to check the status of an I-751 application? Is is through myuscis or is there a different resource to check?

I have found https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do? to be more accurate....
