Hey guys,is Texas USCIS still working? Or is it just me?

I sent them (Texas) an e-request for missing document about three weeks back and mentioned that i haven't got the biometric appointment yet.

They responded saying - after "researching" our case they have realized that i haven't had my biometric appnt done :/. Now they have sent me an appointment letter for the 19th of this month to get my biometric done.

I taped it on top of a big envelope as well. I sent it on Tuesday and my status already changed to "Response to RFE received. "

Thank you for advice! I sent priority mail yesterday and they received it today. Had to convince a customer service person at the post office to attach the small envelope to priority mail lol. She was convinced it wasn’t going to make it to the destination and told me to get a stamp for the small envelope too. So, luckily all papers got to Nebraska. Now, the wait if card gets approved or not and how soon. Hopefully shortly after yours

Hi California Service Center applicants!

I would like to invite you to the I-751 October 2018 filers forum to share your approval date. The more statistics we have, the least anxious we will be and it will also help us make decisions in case we notice an uncommon delay.

Juniber I-751 Approved September 10, 2019 (without interview).  Sorry, it was Nebraska Service Center, not California.

Anyone got their GC yet? How long does it take after getting approval?

Mine arrived today and the approval was on the 4th.

I'm very happy all this hard work finally paid off since the start of the long immigration process. It feels great to have it in my hand and maybe sometime soon ish I'll file N400 but for now I'm taking a break and enjoying the peace.

I wish everyone that's still waiting best of luck and I hope you are not waiting much longer. :) :)

Yup, same here. Got mine today, about a week after I got the notification that they shipped it (it's the status you get after the "card is being produced" status).

By the way, my spouse got me flowers and surprised me with the card he retrieved from the mail earlier today (I didn't know it was arriving today) and all my attention went to looking at the cool looking security measures of the new card and comparing it to the old one.

Looking forward to seeing more fine people from this thread getting theirs too! Especially from Texas, Vermont and Cali, now that we know Nebraska is on a roll...

So we received the RFE letter two days ago and it doesn't quite specify what they need and just giving examples of additional evidence we can send as they said " The documentation submitted insufficient because the evidence is limited ".

At the time that's all we had though so I'm so very glad that our lives changed since then as we bought a house together and had a baby daughter.

We have until November 2nd to send everything but I'll probably have it there by the end of the month if not sooner.

Have you got any update from them after you mailed to them additional evidence? They received ours yesterday judging by the tracking number. So I wonder how long is the wait going forward

I think it took less than a week for the online status to change after they recieved it and the approval did not take much longer to follow.
