Another day in Paradise.

I just got my Informed Delivery email.

No NOA 1, no Biometrics.

We have almost the same timeline (mailed 10/27) and also at LIN. We called again this morning and they again said there's a huge backlog and we would eventually get our NOA1 (but couldn't say when). It's the answer I was expecting.

Nat,

When did they receive your package? Mine was received on 10/30.

Yes, I am sure they will send them out eventually, but it's just no one knows what is going on.

Received 10/29, check cashed 11/5.

It seems that Nebraska has received a ton of I-751s since USCIS started using lock-boxes for ROC applications in October. I would imagine that the actual processing estimate, which is currently listed as 19-20.5 months, will go up quite a bit because that estimate is based on 2 month old data. Luckily we can file N-400 when I-751 is processing. For now I'd feel relieved to have NOA1.

Okay, so you are a day ahead of me.

I agree with you. Everything slowed down.

When we applied for I-129f it literally took CSC 30 days to approve our petion, now I see it's over 8-9 months.

The majority of those NOA1 dates are text messages, not actual NOA1.

Did you notice that anyone from the California got their  biometrics appointments yet?

So finally got to updating here.

It turns out that they received our stuff in Oct but we didn't get anything until Nov. The timeline is as follows.

10/23/2018- USCIS received our stuff and cashed the check (We found out through our account that they cashed it)

11/23/2018- case assigned and received Biometrics appt. date in the mail (this was the date on the letter).

12/12/2018- Biometrics Appt. at Baltimore Facility.

Our case starts with EAC (where is that again?)

Hey everyone! We are here still waiting on our biometrics appointment as most of you are as well.

However, since we filed our application some things changed in our lives. We found out that we are pregnant!

So now my question is should we send additional documents about the pregnancy or should we just let it go and use it if we are called for an interview?

I'd love to hear some opinions about this!

Thanks

I have another question and not sure if anyone can help but in the past when I was filling for my husband's condition removal, someone told me to use my permanent address because at that time we still were there. however we moved in August and then I had the baby in september and we filled out the i-751 form and used our permanent address (which is my parent's place) and our mailing address as well. We didn't include our new apartment and lease agreement like I should have as I am finding out now. I am not sure what do because someone here told me that it was okay to use our permanent address rather than new address that we moved into. has anyone been my situation before or know of someone who was and what they did?

anything would help.

thanks in advance

Congratulation. That is great news. Good luck!...:-))

We just received I-797 in mail and there is 1 paragraf written:

"If you have not already done so, provide supporting documents to help USCIS process your petition and to establish your eligibility to remove the conditions on your pernament resdence. Please include a copy of this receipt notice with any supporting documents you submit."

So You may add additional evidence such that you are expecting with the NOA ( I-797 ) copy and it may be added to your initial package. Or you can mention it during the interview in the future. ...( I am not sure if or when you are going to add the documents to your petition will not slow down/or postpone your process . I would say that it will not since the receipt number will stay the same and will have a priority. But who knows.)

I hope this will help a bit...:-))

More than one month since they cashed check. Last Friday had biometrics appointment. Just spoke with uscis representative. They didn’t answer me about NOA1. Lady recommended to wait two more weeks for a  letter or to make an appointment with local office ang get passport stamped. Do somebody knows if I can get my passport stamped after GC expires???

Congrats to Nebraska applicants, glad things are moving along, come on now Vermont!

I really hope so! We received our NOA1 in November dated 11.08.18. Still cannot trace the case status online. Called USCIS Friday and they also say that they cannot see the number and thus cannot say if biometrics have been scheduled yet. They did say that it can take up to 45 days for the case to show up online for tracking
