Personal update: Got a FedEx notification earlier today that someone named Edwards at USCIS signed the package this morning  Hoping for a cashed check notification or NOA1 by the end of next week.

 

Here's an updated table. Changes I made:

 

- Updated with lucky91's news and a couple others I'm looking up for updates from previous activity. Was able to find everyone's filing date except for PCKE2000.

- Added check cash info for some

- Added "SC name?" for a couple of filers who got an NOA1 but I couldn't find which SC their application went to.

 

Also, Alexpop13 is waiting for his filing window to open up. Bets are off for which date he'll file, 29th, 30th or 31st. I'm putting my money on 29th because he sounds very eager to get it over with 😎Hoping he will make it on one of those days, because otherwise he'll have to contend with being part of the not-as-cool party of filers in the November thread  .

I see no one has come up with October I 751 2018 filing situation, I thought I should start this thread. Well, I initially sent my application to remove the condition on my GC last month, however, after 2 weeks, I got my complete application resent back to me with a NOA stating I filed too early, I was however advised to resubmit the application within my 90 days window to the expiration of my conditional LPR. I only took off the old application, re filled out new one, signed by my wife and myself, I also reissue a new check as the old one was not cashed but stamped by USCIS thus; mailed out the complete application with bunch of proofs to satisfying the ' good faith marriage'. Its been just few days back they got my application at TSC, I monitored my package to be sure it made it to USCIS securely, it sure did, 'Delivered' , now the waiting starts, am not really stressed by the waiting though, all I am eager about is an extension letter. Please share your experiences here too, together we can journey the long wait.....it's aiit I guess

Our package made to Dallas service center on Oct 16, till now, no text, no mail and no check cash, hope there won't be another rejection, let someone enlighten me...it takes how long from the date of delivered of the package to the date of cashing check? also when should I likely be expecting a text alert, I remembered registering eNotification. I will appreciate a candid advise..Thanks

Hey all! Off we go on another adventure! I'm sort of worried because my application was haphazardly put together before my husband deployed, but we've been together 11 years this year so I can't see too much trouble coming from it. Here's hoping its a smooth process; I'll be sending in my N-400 (naturalization) as soon as possible too - sometime next spring.

I sent the form requesting receipt of package and got the text with my receipt number then added it to my account and got confirmation of NOA1 date. I have a date of 5th October but have not yet received either my paper NOA1 or Biometeics letter, supposedly sent out on the 5th...I think we are all waiting...not so patiently lol. 😉 They have 30 days from the date to actually deliver to our mailbox. 😞

Sounds like you're going to be fine. Most important is to have the application properly filled and signed and with the appropriate payment made. Missing a signature can cost time and money by getting you a temporary rejection.

My bet is you'll have an NOA1 by Wednesday tops.

That's a little odd. Maybe wait a couple more weeks and call the 800 number if you don't get it by then.

Yes, average time it takes from the moment you send the application is no more than 9 days it seems. Pretty crazy considering that August filers were waiting for 2.5 weeks at minimum and many had to wait for 4 weeks or more. I think it's a product of the new lockbox facility process.

Our application was delivered 10/3/18, and our check was cashed on 10/10/18. We haven’t received our NOA1 yet! This is anxiety provoking!

Hi All,

 

Good luck to all those who filed. My 90 day window opens on Oct 25th and I'm almost ready to send the documents on Oct 26th. I have a silly question regarding the documentation process. I'm sending few photos with friends & family over the years. Do you recommend sending them on actual photo paper or is it ok if I just copy them to word and take a color print. The quality is not that bad. The reason for this I don't want to spend a bomb on printing actual photos :)
