I am currently waiting to speak with tier2, but it seems like my tier1 agent has no idea what he’s doing, I cannot hear him well and after I say my name and address he takes 2 minutes to respond to me , said he would transfer and now I’m just sitting on the line waiting in silence

They are having computer problems. I was on the phone with a tier1 agent when their server went down.

She could not access any information and could not forward me to anyone else (could not put me in the queue for tier2).

Just got off the phone with Tier2, she said they requested more evidence 02/23/2019, but they haven’t it sent it out yet. We met online, could that be why they want more information? Also, I called on Monday, and the officer said there is no update on my case, and I’m still in normal processing time. I’m a little confused. Regardless I am happy to know they’ve engaged in our case.
