That’s their “official response”, July 29 is their date for enquiry where you’re considered out of normal processing time. Most applications are approved before that time.

 

call again, ask for tier 2 this time and try asking if your background check has been completed. that seems to have worked for a lot of users here

Sorry to nosy in... November k1 filer here stalking this forum as well as ours seems so quiet in comparison , but you have another Nottinghamshire filer here as wells thought I would say hi.

I am tired of hearing the same thing, I don't understand if they are really processing July, then where all these Aug, Sep, Oct, and Nov approvals came from???  who are Processing these?  They keep repeating same words for everyone 🙄

I agree! My question is how can they say they are processing July when the date they list as being the earliest date out with normal processing times is July 29th? Surely they must be processing later dates if the very end of July is out with normal times? I know this is the standard response that might as well be automated with the number of times they say it, but it is clearly not accurate: July is out with normal processing times, not the date they are processing. Wish they would understand that we get it's a long process, but they really do keep us in the dark and all we want is some accurate and reliable information!

Ah really! What part of Notts? I’m near Worksop. What area of the states you headed for?

Ohh gosh small world indeed I grew up in Carlton - in - Lindrick  went to school in Worksop... Im near Mansfield now but heading to Indiana!
