Nobody really knows the process, only USCIS.

Hey! Tier2 is going to call me back. What do I ask to get an update? Do I just say “I’ve noticed many cases after mine getting approved and would like to know if there’s an update or if I need to provide more evidence?”

We just said that we had seen online that some filers from November and October had been approved, and that the online sites were not being updated and asked if they could give us anything in relation to our case.

It's really pot luck

I just got off the phone with Tier 2, still nothing on my case (NOA1 is 10/15/18) she said my case is still within the normal processing time of 5.5-7.5 months, and hopefully I’ll hear something by that time. She said even if they did do a background check she wouldn’t be able to see it because that’s an internal thing. But she did say that they haven’t put anything asking me for more information.

My fiance called and told him we got approved yesterday. We have to wait for the hard copy. Lets just hope this isnt another one of those ‘my coworker was wrong’

Yay! So happy for you. I think my fiancé is going to call back tomorrow (didn't call back after yesterday's disaster). So hopefully we get the same person again this time!

Your NOA1 was a while before mine but we are all in the same sorta area. Taking this as good news. CONGRATS!
