Hello everyone,

Received the hard copy. Updated my timeline as well.

NOA: 10/12/2018

NOA: 02/26/2019

This gives me so much hope. My NOA1 was 4 days later, so hopefully same for NOA2.

can I ask again how you found out you’d be approved?

Lol no, originally before that. I remember @pushok knew about approval prior.

absolutely. But just be honest with them. Prior denials don’t have any impact on new applications.

Thank you. I am just like everyone else, eager to get my NOA2!

So I called today, and asked to speak to tier 2, after the lady told me there is no approval on my case yet and told me the timetable is 5.5 - 7.5 months & I asked if I could speak to tier 2 because I know they can see more information and she said she can see the same thing they can. Should I try calling again?

I would, it seems odd that she wouldn't put you through to Tier 2. Just call and immediately say you need to speak to Tier 2 about your case.

They can pretty much tell you if it is approved or not. The tier 2 can see other things but nothing that will be more accurate then the tier 1 and that they are authorized to tell you.

Not disagreeing with you here, you are far more experienced than me, but a lot of users have been saying they've been told by Tier 2 that applications are on desks, going over final checks, etc.
