This exactly. I called Monday - and they said it wasn’t assigned and wait more months blah blah blah- and I woke up to my NOA2 today. Once they are looking at it, it apparently takes no time at all. Don’t stress. It’s still very early. I was all ready to settle in and wait out 3 more months. It’s happening this year. You will be very busy with preparing everything for the next steps very very soon.

Thank you I was just happy when that officer from Tier 2 mentioned that my papers are completed and its in the officers desk for approval.....so that's means anytime or soon it will be approved :)

Congratulations all that have been approved today and yesterday.

Can't help but be a little frustrated though, our case was super easy and clean and still nothing. Pretty much everyone being approved now has a NOA1 after ours, really sucks

Same here. Im Oct 4th and still nothing. When I spoke to a USCIS officer yesterday he said they are working on July and denied Octobers being approved, I said NO WAIT SIR!! October is being APPROVED! Then he said every country is different so some may be approved before others. Then I asked him well why is that? I tried to get more out of him but he was reluctant. Im finding Phillippines, Indonesia, UK and European countries as well as the Islands are getting fast approvals. Middle Eastern Countries not so much. I did see one from Turkey approved though so I am a bit hopeful.

You are lucky that you got so much info. How long you waited before tier 2 called you back?

Id also like to know how you were able to get to Tier II and how long of a wait before they did so.

I see sorry to hear that, the tier 2 officer you didn't mention to me that they needed more info all mention that my papers were completed and it sin the officer desk as of Feb, 27 2019 don't worry ok keep us updated....

Well I guess everyone's case is different. I have a previous denial on k1 with the same beneficiary and my only thought is they want more info about that. I don't know what else they could possible ask for. I guess I will find out in the next couple of weeks. At least I know my case was touched.

no updates on either websites.

I really hope you and others get approved soon. it does seem like there is inconsistency even when calling or scheduling an info pass.

My fiance is in the Middle East - Egypt - and we received the update of NOA2 this morning. OCtober 25th NOA1 date. Every country is different, though, that is right. Yours is coming, don't worry!

I've noticed so many people are "waking" up to text messages and emails. It seems that USCIS is submitting these updates through something automated and after hours if I am not mistaken? Can anyone confirm? Just curious.
