We did not see this last year...so it is my thought..that the recent speed of approval is delaying NVC processing. I am also not getting married as soon as my fiance enters...id like to wait at least 30 days...to let things settle a bit...but it could be possible...i did see a complete case with visa im hand by 6 months...an aigust filer...

great thanks

Am hoping to get mine this week I called yesterday they said no red flags and it’s processing am oct 11 filers

I'm in the same boat you are, October 9th filer. My Fiancé called this week and they said file will be reviewed soon, no red flags, and gave the same "You're still within regular processing times" speech. (Tier 2 officer).

We must also remember that it's 9:50am in California where we are being processed. USCIS is open 8am-6pm Mon-Fri, so we have the rest of Wednesday, Thursday and Friday still to go this week. There is still room for us to be approved before the week is up. My partner will be calling Monday AM to see if we can get any information, we are just going to ask if they can tell us whether our case has at least been assigned to someone and our background check(s) are good.

Since I'm here in the UK, posting an update at 6pm for stats would be 2am, so I will likely post closer to 7pm eastern, 4pm California time, or approximately 6 hours from now. with updates, such as percentages, etc.

@pushok, I see you asked for State by State data, this is possible but would be awfully time consuming.

The best thing you'll can do is post updates here, update your timelines, and speak to USCIS when you can, otherwise I guess waiting is all we can do!

Good luck to everyone, we are almost there. We will all be with our partners forever this year.

Thanks @brandonflude1! You're really reassuring me, while being very logical with your explanations, and I've got to say, I look forward to opening the forum up daily to your updates. Thanks again! :) I'm in Ottawa, Canada, and my partner is in Sarasota, FL. We are only a few time zones away from Pacific Time, and there's plenty day left since its only 1:03 PM Eastern Standard Time.

I'm glad you find my crazy ramblings helpful! I am just trying to pass the time the same as everyone else, but trying to be helpful at the same time. I'm glad you and your partner are closer together, it must be semi-easier. Currently 34% of October filers on here have been approved, and since we only really see a 70% approval rate max for each month (because people don't update timelines), I'd guess we are halfway there :)

It's "semi-easier" for sure, its less then 3 hours direct from Canada to Florida thankfully, and the same time zone. I'm actually heading down next week as we are closing on the purchase of a house together, so I'm really excited. Glad to see we are half way there, and half way through the week. We may be pleasantly surprised!

Congratulations on your home together! We just did the same, it's very exciting and definitely makes everything so much more real.
