Not only that some countries get smoother journeys and faster approvals compare to others. It is frustrating but what can we do. You will see when you will have your approval on hand you will forget all this frustration.

Exactly! I cant imagine how the september filers are feeling who still did not receive an approval! Im already annoyed that november started😂

My Fiancé called yesterday, spoke to a Tier 1, waited about an hour then a Tier 2 called back to advise us everything in our file looked in order however no word on approval, and was told it was still within normal process times. We have no update online on the old & new site, so it’s possible it’s going to be reviewed soon, is under review or there’s something in the mail. Right now it’s a waiting game! We are early October filers.

So for anyone who’d like to know, currently 55 out of 171 filers at the California service center have updated their timelines to say approved. 15 of these filers have a NOA1 date after the 16th (my noa date but also the middle of the month). Logically it would seem that some workers are handling late October and some are still on late September and early October. We are close guys

Called today and spoke to a very nice gentleman. Anyway no approval, but let me know they sent me an RFE yesterday, so I should see that in the mail soon. Hoping it is something easy. 🤞🏼

Well I also called this morning and talked with one of Tier 2 officer she was nice and she said that there is no update, and it takes 5.5 to 7 months and i was like i know this part 🙄🙄

That makes me feel so much better! I'm early October so I'm really hoping I get some good news soon!

Hi! Just wanna share the good news! 😊 My NOA 1 is Oct 22 NOA 2 is Feb 26. Myuscis notified me through e-mail that my case has been updated so when i checked, I found out we’re approved 😁

Awww Congrats! My fiance also receiving email about update case but he forgot the credentials login and got locked out lol now he is trying to call USCIS. Hopefully something good or atleast someone has touched our case. Fingers crossed😃
