Congrats. Happy for you!! I am going to ask my fiance to call this Friday😆😆 hopefully we will get nice officer or maybe some of us already been approved and not update on the website💪🏻

Is it possible for them to say that you’re in normal proccesing time, but not tell you ur case is assigned to someone? As in: can they know things and just not tell you?

I mean probably, technically they are only supposed to tell you what the website says. Just seems that some are more willing to give information than others.

Your NOA1 is same as mine! Hopefully by chance mine already approved as urs too (fingers crossed). I can’t wait to get my fiance to call but also very worry if they won’t give us any info and make me sad lol

It's worth a try calling, honestly. I would just do it once and then call back in a couple of weeks. We called yesterday and got told "there's nothing on the file", I'm not sure if this means they haven't even done or background check, or if we're not going to get any RFE. But hey, may as well, right?

Tbh, I'm a little worried that our case had no information for it. It makes me wonder if our background check didn't come back yet, or they just haven't got to our case yet and we are at the bottom of a box somewhere.

Thanks I hope so. Well, that’s the one I worried about, been there, package was missplaced at Lockbox for 2 months for NOA1, definitely 190 days since we submitted I129F now, but nothing I can do, their system might only record based on NOA1 (sad sad)

 

Crossed my fingers hopefully they will work something on yours too! Btw, You were not able to ask more for the background check either at the time you called?

Same. I did get through to a Tier 2 for another question I had, but Tier 2 was less friendly than Tier 1. ... Tier 1 said that if I see approvals from AFTER my NOA 1 date -- start calling. Even though she also said 5.5-7.5 months. I have seen some approvals after my NOA1 date though... (Oct 25). I'm going to just call every monday. And continue to try to be patient.

My God! And it was with Tier2 officer too yea?! End of story🤐🤐🤐🤐🤐😕😕😕 Is it possible even if they not disclosed more info via phone but actually case has been approved and otw thru USPS, even case also not updated on their website? I am still hoping it works like that for our (your) case
