Should I keep on calling and try to get the nicer agent? But I also wondered why'd the first agent have to ask for my phone number and email at the end.

Yes! Do try. Try and ask for a tier 2 officer, they usually have more access to your case!

I called this morning and pressed 1122#   After 30 minutes of waiting the lady told me I was APPROVED on Feb. 22 and that it should be in the mail soon!  I was hesitant to call, but I’m so glad I did 🎉🎉🎉

I was also asked for my email and phone number.  I believe this is something they do as a routine.

We just called and got nothing. No updates. Asked if we were still together, then said standard processing 5.5 to 7 months. 

 

Edit: lady said they track your calls, so it might be best for you guys not to keep calling.

Hey, I'm so happy you guys called and got your approvals on the phone!

 

Quick update on my previous post - my fiancé called them last Friday, 2/22. USPS informed delivery uploaded this today, 2/25. Can't wait to read the actual letter of approval!😍
