You called the USCIS to confirm if your background check was completed? I didn't know we could do that. Thanks for the tip!

Wow, they can give you such info? How did you pass thru the screening call for less than “normal processing times” to connect to USCIS officer by phone?

Just ask them to connect you with a tier 2 officer (I have to ask my fiance, he was the one who called). If you search on Visajourney a bunch of people gave advice  on what to tell them😊

Once we called back months ago to get connected to Tier 2 because after 2 months submission we have not received NOA1 case no. I never know we can contact them again to inquiry if only less than 5.5 months normal processing times after NOA1 and should just wait to make case inquiry outside normal processing times😀 thanks for the info😀

Yeah just call and ask to speak with Tier 2 Immigration Officer. If officer is nice they will give you bit more information and there are times they just say you are within normal time frame please wait.
