Yeah trust me the 5 years was easy to just wait to become eligible to apply. these 4 or 5 months was more stressfull. cant wait till this process get over 🙏🙏🙏

The reality about K1 visa is that it's not a fair process. Some people get it faster some gets it slower. It is not like a statistic exercise where we can predict the next move. Some people say they take it by country, others are saying the background check is the key component. The reality is no one knows what is going on there. We are just guessing. It's random. It is my second time going thru this game and all I can say from previous experience is that while some people go thru this process smoothly others has to wait for 300 and plus days to get an answer. I know people who sue USCIS just to get an answer. Any answer. So we are still good.

Agreed. I was told that my background check was completed and still nada. And the process has slowed down a lot in this past two years.
