Hi guys, I am actually worried right now. I can't fully financially support my fiance so I asked my Brother-In-Law to do a joint sponsor with me. I was wondering if I should've turn in the "Affidavit of Support" together with the I-129F packet? Or do they just need it during the interview? Thanks soo much!

This is our problem too, but we didn't include the affidavit of support in our packet. Based on my research, it's needed in the embassy interview which gives us ample time to find a joint sponsor. Supporting documents are required as well according to https://www.uscis.gov/i-134.

Thankkkk you!

You're welcome! To be honest, this is our major concern as well. My fiancé (petitioner) lived in the Philippines for most of his life. He just went back to the states last August 2018. He hasn't filed any tax returns as he just started working. We really hope that the I-134 from him and his cousin would suffice, although it's not legally binding. Keeping our fingers crossed! Best of luck to us 😊
