Past due date is considering 7.5 months, this is about 200 days according to USCIS site. Only after that you can call them and they can put an inquery for outside of processing time. However the answer for that is pretty standart and many times that doesn't do anything. Some people wait for their NOA 2 close to one year or even more. So if you are October filler 2018 you are still good.

That's right just because they are currently running early they do predict 4.5 to 7.5 months. Anything under 7.5 months is a bonus!

Hi there! Me and my fiance are worried about this:

If, in our packet, one of the items of proof for our being together (the travel insurance receipts he paid for while visiting me) is missing from the packet, will that cause a problem for us? Should we send in a supplement of it to add to the packet? Will this help us? Will it cause a delay? The travel insurance receipt is listed on the table of contents but was accidentally not added in the packet by the immigration attorney. We have other forms of evidence for our evidence that we have met together in the last two years: 1) multiple photos of us together, 2) flight receipts and tickets from multiple visits, 3) hotel receipt for my fiancé when he visited me, 4) Copy of passport stamps from visits, and 5) a statement from me about us being together multiple times within the past two years.

We have also proof of our intent to marry through having 1) an engagement ring receipt and 2) sworn statements signed by each of us with our intent to marry.

Should we send in a supplement to the USCIS with the travel insurance receipts as even more proof of the evidence that we were together or are the other 5 evidence points enough and there won't be a problem? Could our packet lacking one thing listed on the table of contents be a reason for delay, denial, or RFE

It's pretty much made for ppl in long distance relationship to get that feeling of a touch in a way. Bracelets are connected thru a phone app and paired, so when I touch mine he should feel his vibrating and vice versa. Pricey tho, $100 for a pair but the feeling is priceless so should be worth it 😊

If I would be you. I would not send anything because you will complicate yourself even more. If they will need anything in addition from you, they will let you know. That's what RFE' s are for. I highly doubt this is a reason for denial.

Still no NOA2 in our informed delivery. This sucks so bad, we are close! Using the case tracker app I can see some 7000* case numbers have been approved on 8th february. We are 9000 range. Come onnnnb

As my fiance say :"We are almost there..." they will probably have responses in a couple of weeks,it seems that USCIS is doing everything faster.

It really hurts being apart but after this hard time we are be able to be with the loves of our lives in marriage which is do beautiful and wonderful.☝️💓

Same here. Btw we have similar timeline by 2 days. Really hope we will hear something great this week😀

Like what always Greenbaum said, set the expectations low (hell yeah its hard). But we had no choice other than patienly  waiting and make ourselves busy. We are in the normal processing times, just because others already received theirs, making us wondering when is our turn😀
