thanks! I got the proof i needed received the NOA2 notice in the mail past Saturday! Time to start bothering NVC now! LOL

Don't make laugh. 😀 Really, It's time to bother NVC? Your case file hasn't even left USCIS. What will NVC even know of you? It will take 2-4 weeks before a case number will be assigned. Once it's assigned, there is nothing you can do until you have a letter as that's the requirement from most Embassies.

Manila US Embassy states that a scanned copy of the signed I-134 is fine, if you don't have the original.
