Timeline

Anyone help me in here please, any information about how to get a police clearance certificate from Turkey?  My fiance used to live in Turkey since he was a child, then he moved to Germany in 2015 

So he applied for German police clearance and he got it,  and we were trying to get one from Turkey, he went to Turkish consulate in Hamburg Germany,  they told him that he can't get one since he doesnt live in Turkey anymore, but i know that he should get one, we dont know what to do, Apprieciate Your help

He can do a authorization to someone he knows in Turkey and they can go get for him . Needs his permission paper !

You may write to the Turkish Republic Ministry of Justice General Directory of Criminal Records Central Office in Ankara:

He went to Turkish consulate yesterday and they said we can't give it to you , second thing they told him that we never even heard about such a certificate... 🙁
