No, and would be too early I guess...as they started to approve some Sept.-filers...but there are still July and Agust-filers waiting for NOA 2.

Two days ago the processing times chart was on July 3rd and now all of the sudden it has went back to June 22nd,I hope this doesn't make our waiting time longer,is really concerning...

Yes. I saw the processing times changed from 4.5 to 7 months to 5.5 to 7.5 months today. :(

Is soooo hard,I can't even sleep😫 I hope everything changes during the week,the date change doesn't make any sense to us (my fiance and I) I hope that there's and explanation for this☹️

More cases were added to the system. It's like standing in line at the check out. All the registers in self check out are empty except for you. You complete your transaction and look behind you to notice that there are now 30 people in line to check out. Now for those people it will take more time to check out then you experienced. This process is ebb and flow.

Hey there!


So, the Texas centre doesn't actually process K-1s. It's just a mailing centre of sorts, at least to us. Most K-1 petitions as of late on here were forwarded to the California centre. Nothing to worry about, all normal!
