I have a question. The August filer group are talking about a new website to check the approval for the NO2. Does anybody know what website they are talking about.

The old site (also the data source for all 'USCIS case tracker' apps): https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

New site https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ (you have to create an account and add your case # to it)

Neither is more reliable (and it's very possible you won't see anything on either and will have to just wait for the physical mail). For a while, it looked like they were phasing out the "old" site, but that trend seems to have reversed itself and there are still lots of cases that show up on only one (or much earlier on one than the other).

@Greenbaumsounds like you are bored. lol

I answer over a 100 posts in a day. Sometimes I get that way and I step away for a few hours and sometimes I get edgy when the same question is asked over and over and if someone took just a little longer they could find the answer but hey "give to Mikey, he'll eat it" (old TV commercial which may have never seen). So people just throw it out there instead of doing a little work. Thanks for noticing. I'll try my :D face.

Filed: IR-5 Timeline

@Greenbaumas long as if information is easy to access/find no one should have a problem. I find this form useful. I am sure your efforts appreciated even as simple as pointing someone to a right place. you certainly have more patients than me. :)

So as it appears CSC is reviewing August, 2018 cases.

Is there good place confirmed and verified what questions asked during the interview?

@GreenbaumI hope you provide some info. i found a thread or two but it was possible answers and most of them were made up and unrealistic.

There was a little doubt in your question as if the wizard didn't have your answer...... PUFF He does!

Some example questions would be:

-What is the name of your fiancé/e?

-Where did you meet?

-When did you meet?

-How did you meet?

-When are you planning to get married?

-What is your fiancé/es work?

-Have you gone out of the country?

-How long were you out of the country?

-How many times has your fiancé/e visited you?

-Where did you go when your fiancé/e visited you?

-Do you plan to have kids?

-Where do you plan on staying in the US?

-name and DOB

-what year did you meet

-How did you meet

-what are your fiancé parents' names

-your fiancé's employer and job

-have either of you been married before

-other countries you've been to

-do you have kids together

These are some of the questions but rest assure that all the questions will be about the petitioner, the beneficiary, and the relationship. Always tell the truth even if the truth is "I don't know". Don't rush in answering and give a straightforward answer. Look the CO in the eye when answering and smile. Don't give a novel as your answer. Just brief and concise. Don't volunteer any information unless asked, this could send you down the wrong road.

Don't forget to ask if you passed.

Getting more and more excited that some August and September fellas receiving their NOA2! Can’t wait for ours! Even our timeline here back and forth a few days later, still a little hope!

The good news, my fiance is here visiting me in Indonesia. Time to rebuild quality time after 8 months being apart, would be last longest waiting time until my move to USA! Very excited.

Hope upcoming months brings the goodluck approval for us😀
