We are the last few members remaining and I'd love all of us to get approved on the same day. I wanna start following @Greenbaum April group lol

A member from September with RFE got approved and he found that out by calling them. I will try in Monday. But he suggested to keep calling them.

It is terribly long. Already more than 2 weeks there is no approval. In another chat where I talk, the girls wrote that they received approval from the RFЕ after 5-7 days

there were worse situations, they did not believe in relationships, and people sent them notarial letters from parents that confirmed their relationship, and they had no meetings in the past two years, but they were approved faster ... I only had to send one document. Where's the justice?

Face to face meeting within the two year time period BEFORE you file the K1 is a BASIC requirement. If you don't meet that requirement there is NO WAY that USCIS will approve you WITHOUT a special wavier that you must request.

USCIS is like a box of chocolates, you never know what kind of answer you are going to get!!!!

There is a date error in your RFE date in your time line. One thing is for sure if you got an RFE it means they are looking at your case now, it won't be long now.

This is not about me, I'm talking about another couple, which was approved after the RFЕ, they were approved in the 2nd week despite this

I'm am not directing this towards you I'm just stating the requirement. As you see they got an RFE for it they must have shown more proof that satisfied USCIS and they were approved. If they could not show they had met within the two years time frame or there was no wavier they would not have been approved. When I said you I did not mean you per say, just quoting the requirement is all.

So here is an update on my petition. NOA1 10/4/18 and on 4/4/19 I submitted an inquiry online. I immediately got a response where it asked to allow until 4/28 for a response. Then 4 days later I received this:

Your case is currently pending adjudication. Thus, no final decision has been issued at this specific time. Your case is currently being adjudicated. You should receive a notice of action* within 45 days.

First sentence said my case is PENDING adjudication. Third sentence said my case is CURRENTLY being adjudicated, etc.

Anyhow has anyone received the same exactly response? If so what were your results? Yes I know each case is different but just trying to guage here.

Has anyone received an RFE twice? I received an RFE for not proving enough supporting documentation for meeting within 2 years. I'm afraid my first set of evidence sent is not enough. I can provide additional evidence but it needs to be translated and it will cost more than the process of submitting this visa application. I'm hoping to avoid that but on second thought, maybe they don't give second chances to provide evidence? Any thought?! Thanks!
