Just got off the phone with USCIS. the agent answer with very short ( everthing looks ok but as you know it takes up to 60 days. Please call us back if no updates to your case after 60 days . our office will contact you if we need more information.

Sometimes when you ask them when was the last time my case was looked at it kind of gives you an idea when you may hear something.

Everyday someone is approved I feel like our approvals will be next. Hopefully by the end of the week we hear something.

Funny thing is you will get that answer every time you call. BUT, once USCIS approves your case, guess what happens. They notify you. Yes you will get notified when they are finished with your case. Now, ask yourself this question. What can I do with an approval if given over the phone that I can't do with a hard copy that was mailed to me. ABSOULTELY NOTHING. You can't speed up the process. You can't get them to move faster nor can you influence their decision or use the approval information anything. So why stress out and keep calling. I'm still trying to figure that one out.

You guys go first cause you sent your rfe one week before me and than pass it on to me.

You never know ! maybe they are looking at RFE's at the same day despite the dates received.
