Oh yes, I overlooked checking a checkbox ☑️ about not being convicted/arrested/etc in any country. Duh. 🤦🏼‍♀️

I got my RFE for not submitting the correct form of my divorce Decree. I wish mine goes as fast. I'm tired of waiting. Congratulations !!

Oh that's an easy one. We about to send ours but mine RFE is more complex and I am afraid it could take forever for a response. Good for you congrats with your approval. It must feel like a big relieve

I got my RFE 11 days ago and sent the evidence back 2 days ago. why yours are more complex if I may ask.

They requested prove of meeting in two years and beneficiary intent to marry. We already submitted everything in the first package with I129 form. However they seemed do not like something and sent me RFE. I basically put in this RFE package everything I could (a huge package). I believe in my case they are more picky because I already have one denial (at USCIS level) with the same beneficiary. Some people go smoothly thru this process while others go thru hell. It's not a fair game for everyone for sure.

Thats my Fear because I had an approved k1 visa previously which I terminated so i'm wondering if that's why they are picky with me. :(

Hopefully it takes few days for approval like others on here lol I can't wait any longer.

In my first K1 application we got denied because of my divorce decree. The judge made a mistake on divorce decree and I did not noticed. I received RFE to fix it. I went to court and I did fix it, but than I got denied because apparently divorce was not finalized even though it was judge's mistake not mine. In result we lost 9 months of our lives waiting for nothing. So I know how hard is to wait.

People get married and divorce all the time. I dont see why would that be a problem, divorcing its not illegal. They may look at your application more thorough , but I don't think that should be a problem.  I remember it was a post by a guy who was filling his third K1 application and all his fiances were from the same country.
