This just shows how innacurate their systems are. They don’t work Saturdays yet your NOA2 date is a Saturday.

i swear they just make half this stuff up 😂

Yes I was surprised too!

Keep happy thoughts, yours is coming soon I am sure 😊

I'm now the last UK filer between September 1 and October 31 to not have an RFE or Approval.

Sad times over here. Really beginning to think something is wrong and our application has been misplaced.

Gosh Brandon, I really feel for you. When would you be able to call?

I feel ya, same thought crosses my mind most days.  I try to stay optimistic but it's very up and down

We’ve called several times and they just read from their script which is totally fine. There’s not much we can do until we are out of normal processing but even then, who knows.

It really sucks to see people who filed after me with interview dates already.

Gotcha, yeah it looks like the "Outside of Normal Dates" is now in early August :(

I guess this is a supreme exercise in patience, frustration, trying to let go, etc. Ugh. Well, let us know the minute you hear anything! We're just starting a fresh week so I got my fingers crossed. I think you'll hear something soon!

Don't get me wrong but what you state is good but It's a little simpler then what you stated. It's about setting your expectations to high and then having that much more of a ways to "fall" to disappointment. What happens to most they come to a thread like this and they are around "negative" thoughts expressed in postings from others. They fall into the trap and become one of "them".  It's a cycle much like a dog chasing it's own tail.

The process is set up to where you know pretty much when something is going to happen. They do inform you with websites to measure general progress on files being adjudicated and when they will be complete. You get notified when you have a case number assigned. You get notified from your embassy (you can also follow your file visa ceac.state.gov) with a P3. It's all pretty simple but in a thread like this its nothing but complaining and second guessing which never moves the needle for a case. It has always been this way and I don't see it stopping so I just let it go.

If you look for a thread that is dedicated to "200 days without an approval" you'll have a better idea of what I am talking about. Good luck to you and stay positive. Everyone get's through this process.

I feel you!  I’m the only one for my country in that timeslot so there’s no telling what’s going to happen. But I'm praying for you and will celebrate with you when your time comes!

I already posted this in RFE tread, but I was hoping someone here can help me as well.

Hello there,

I need a piece of advice from who went to similar situation. We about to sent our RFE response to USCIS and we are sending prove of 2 years seeing each other. We submitted a few letters from friends who saw us together and two of my friends wrote their papers and send me a scanned copy that contains their signature and ID. Does anyone know if USCIS are picky about scanned copies versus the original letter ? My lawyer said no, but I want other people opinions as well. Thank you much.

Send scans and a cover letter saying that you can provide the originals if they need it.
