Hello everyone!

I am sitting around of thousands papers and trying to put all my RFE letter together. I need an advice, I cannot really prove by using  passport stamps I was in Canada in vacation with my boyfriend. I, however have a million of bank statements where I paid with my visa card in Montreal plus receipts. After I tried to find out how I can prove I was in Canada I found out by using FOIA. It takes 8 months to wait FOIA results and I cannot really afford that time. We have some tickets from Biodome and Cirque du Soleil. They asked for airbnb or hotels bills. I already sent them those in the initial package, but they sounded in the RFE letter like I have not send anything. Can I send them one more time? I have his fly tickets and we send those as well in the first package. I don't know what else I can send them to make them happy. Any ideas or can you please share what else you guys included in your first package? Thank You.

Are there any eye witnesses who have seen you together who would be able to write and sign affidavits to that effect? Remember all you need to proof is that 2 of you were physically in each other presence within 2 years of you filling your App. Credit card statements showing transactions in Montreal do help. And, yes I would resend thing that you sent before just to make sure. Remember, dates are important. Good luck!

Most items that are useful from NOA2 to NVC is pinned in the different months more specifically the ones that I start. Here is March if you are looking for a new place to camp out.

Just see the first post in the thread.

I am American citizen they do not give I94 for us citizens.

So he has never visited you? Never crossed the boarder once? If so then he can get a I-94 which is proof you have met in the prior two years of submitting your application.

Yeah seems most people find out via the mail.  Advise everyone to sign up for USPS Informed Delivery if you haven't, so you can see scans of your mail before it arrives

Just today I got "helpful" e-mail and SMS from USCIS my 129F case is still pending, and they have no news.. Actual reality: We are together on US soil and married now, and starting to get ready for AOS. The "sophisticated" notification system is a placebo. If it works for some, great, but do not count on it. Informed delivery does work, calling to verify even with Tier 1 also does work. Tier 1 can see the true state of the petition even when CO forgets to click whatever button updates the notification system.

So for instance if you called Tier 1 today, they'd say it was approved, but the USCIS websites would say "We're reviewing your case" or whatever?

He never visited USA. He applied for touristic visa but was denied. We met in third country which is Canada three times and in Italy once.

So this sounds like you need to include tickets to thinks you have been together (like the ones you mentioned previously) to (make copies).

Also include emails or chats you talked about travel, what you were gonna do together, with dates and such

Include letters from someone that can confirm you have met, like family and friends following the guidelines.

Sounds like you have plenty of evidence there without relying on border crossing data.
