Received date is the day it got to their mailbox

NOA date is they day it got put into their system and they mailed a notice to you.

It doesn't really matter too much, but using the latter date is better for estimates.

Ok thanks Oct 16th then

Being a government employee..the receive date does matter and u truly believe thats how they are processing which is why some of these early november noa1s are being processed because the apps were received late october 🤷🏾‍♀️. Not sure why mid november received date and noa1 date got processed though...but i guess it means they are slowly getting to november as of last week.

How many days does it usually take for results? I'm seeing people having their I-129Fs approved in 120 days and 130 days. Our cases is now at 140 days from (October 30. 2018) I'm seeing even November filers saying they got approved from the same embassy (Manila Philippines). Its so annoying lol

6-8 months is normal processing. Some are just getting it approved earlier.

itll come :)

Well the thing is that USCIS officers just grab a case and process it, nothhing is really in order, 😒

Nothing at this point can be in order as each of us have different biometrics, history and so forth so background checks will naturally impact the process.

I hope so because I am stressed so bad. I called 4 times within last 2 month and spoke to tier 2 officer and ask about background they say we don’t know which step exactly your application is made so upset now of them tell me if it’s complete or not .
