I called two weeks ago and the tier 2 said I have an RFE. I asked him if it was sent and he answered "not yet it is waiting for approval from the supervisor" on the 8th I officially received notification on the new site  that on the 7th they sent my RFE letter. I hope I will get the letter by the end of this week considering the fact I live in Vermont.

I do not. They told me they requested it on 2/23, i will share when I know!

Ok thank you. I will do the same when I found out mine. These rfe letters are only time consuming. I have read on August fillers post that many people there received rfe's where USCIS is requesting prove of meeting in the last two years also they want dates on each picture. I remember tier 2 said something about initial rfe about mine. I will just wait.

Here on VJ they have created a spreadsheet where couples have added their RFE information and it makes for a good primer while you are waiting for your RFE.

The original is the copy you receive in the mail. Read it carefully and answer with what they are asking for. You don't have to do anymore then what is outlined within the RFE. Sign the RFE and make copies of everything you'll put in the return envelope. These copies will remain yours. Seal the envelope and return to the address that is specified in the RFE. Be sure to send it back so that you can trace it. Be sure your response is returned in the allotted time contained within the RFE.

I think mine is because I forgot to check the box that I’ve never been arrested

I am hoping that’s what it is! I have a call back with tier2. The lady on tier1 said I should be able to see every document sent to me on my uscis account? Do you know about that?

That is not true. They usually write something like " you will see what do we need from you when you get your RFE letter". You should have asked to speak with tier 2. If the letter was sent on 23rd you should have already received it. It happens sometimes it get lost however they should be able to resend it or fax it.

Tier2 is calling me in 122 minutes! It just updated online and says a letter was sent March 8th, so that is a good sign.
