Well, here is what you do next. DON'T ask some one from German, Norway or Spain what you should do next. I never can understand that logic. Sub-forums are set up just for that reason to answer Embassy specific questions. What's done in Spain is not necessary what will take place in the UK. Believe I see this all the time so I am not just calling you out but others as well.

Here is the information to pay your visa interview fee. It looks like you have to wait for the Embassy to "turn on" the payment service after they send you the appointment letter. You need to be involved in your sub-forum for "boots on the ground" answers.

As per protocol I will be moving to the south America Colombian region.  Thank you all for the team, the frustration the and the joy.  I will soon be with my wife. 

DO NOT call each other wife or husband in front of an Embassy personnel. I can guarantee you will not like the outcome. Using that type of language will send red lights and sirens to the CO. You want a smooth interview with the outcome of an approved visa. I have seen some who used that terminology and were denied because the CO felt that the couple had already married at the time of the interview.

Is it ok to send the current i-134 (expires 11/30/18) to the embassy and have the interview in December?

@Greenbaum I already submitted my DS160 and paid my MRV fee when i noticed that I didn’t include my mother’s maiden name on it. Do i need to submit another one? Or it can be updated during the Consular Interview?

Update it with the CO st the interview. It's done all the time.

Yes--the embassy knows that it is expiring and gives a few months grace period for applicants who are interviewing or applying before and after expiration. You will be just fine
