Try using this little gem.

Go to www.dhl.com click Express then Tracking, then Track by Shipper's Reference, and on this page you add your search information. You change the day and month to what you think your package might have left NVC or call NVC to get the date your package had left NVC in route to your Embassy then go to the DHL website and enter the following information:

EXAMPLE:

* Shipper´s Reference : EXP 24 MAR 2011A  (This is the date you think it left NVC, just substitute the date and leave everything else as is)

* Date range for shipment - From: 23 - 03 - 2011

* Date range for shipment - To: 26 - 03 - 2011

Account Number - Leave this blank

Shipment Destination: Manila (Works for any Country Just replace the city where the Embassy is located)

Did anyone get CEAC status change to In Transit today?  Mine is still At NVC, so I'm thinking we're in the next batch in 2 weeks.......today my fiance got his police cert and other docs for his interview and is having them translated to English.

Nah.  I think all remaining cases at NVC, even those with NVC# like ours, will not go in transit until next embassy shipping batch on 27th Nov.

Called NVC this morning around 745am Eastern time, got through on the first ring. Was told they received our case on 11/13, but no case number yet and was told "try calling back tomorrow, fiance visas are usually assigned case numbers quickly" -- lol. NOA2 was Oct 16.

Hi guys.. The I-134 form affidavit of support is expiring on 11/30/2018. Our interview will be on first week of December. Can i still use the old form or the USCIS have already the updated one?

Thanks...

Jeez I wish I had a nickel for every time that question has been asked the past week. :D

We have seen that sometimes they will renew a form that expires and we have seen it continue to be used until such time as a new form is release. In any event, they will most likely use the start date of the new rendition of that form and they will tell you when they will discontinue a form. All updates to forms can be tracked here: https://www.uscis.gov/forms-updates  If you see a form that will soon expire and it may expire after it's intended use (Embassy interview) then it's best to wait till you are closer to your interview.

All previous editions are accepted anyway. The OMB (Office of Management and Budget) expiration date only matters internally for the USCIS. That expiration date has nothing to do with whether or not it will be acceptable for you to use. The edition date is what matters. The accepted edition dates for the forms are listed on the site where the forms can be found and downloaded. The I-134 states this. > https://www.uscis.gov/i-134
