I think it asks for USCIS number, or NVC. Don't remember exactly which one.
There are guides with step by step's of how to fill it out, so you might want to take a look there first.

Thats the example. but NOT FOR FIANCE visa. So use this to see what information will be required.

My case has officially been sent to London, England and not to Italy. 

Could someone direct me to a link/page/discussion to get an idea on what the required info/documents are in London? I have been preparing for the italian interview so I'm a bit overwhelmed and lost.

Anyhow, whatever date they received it, they haven't assigned an NVC reference yet.  So not in this weeks embassy batch, I expect :(

We called on Friday and they haven’t had received the case.

We called today (since yesterday was Veterans Day) and they had received the case so the info we were given is correct.

 

For now I’m happy that our case didn't get lost in the mail. The number will be assigned soon.

If it did get lost in the "mail" it would have been yours and a container load of other petitions

There’s people who actually had to deal with their petitions being lost. And mine only or with a bunch of others wouldn’t have made any difference.

She is in the Philippines so hopefully we can make it relatively quick.
