I don't know what EXP is but for this to have any chance of working you must leave it in the equation. Just add your date as the instructions say to do. So yes 13 NOV 2018A is what you would put if you are checking today.

Called twice, when I enter the receipt number it says not enough digits, I even tried adding the WAC. How do I get through to an operator?!

I called them and got an email back from my ASK NVC inquiry a bit later in the morning. Wait time was about 10 minutes at 7:25am EST
