Got it! In your expert opinion, looking at current trends of a lot of 10, 11,12 and a few 15 and 16s getting NVC recieved. Do you think Oct 17 has chances of making it to this upcoming batch?

It's hard to say. If you were to get a case number today then I would venture to say you may have a chance. Can't say for sure.

Keep in mind that just because USCIS send they sent it and NVC says they don't have it yet doesn't mean it's not sitting in the building waiting to be received and entered into the system there at NVC. Give it about a week and then call. Calling now only ties up the lines for others with more pressing issues that are trying to solve a problem. :thumbs:

Depends, on officers' mood, time of the day, day of the week, that days' humidity, weather, national election results, if NY Knicks won or not, how the stock market looks like, if El Nino is in place, and if your gas tank in the car is full.

I just got off the phone with NVC. I asked if they have received my petition. I was told yes they have received my petition but they have not assigned it a number. As soon as they assigning a number they will send me an email with my number so that I can proceed. I will hope to make the next shipment to the Embassy in Bogota Colombia.
