You have three category status's, "NVC" it's still at NVC. "Transit" it's on its way. Don't know if it sitting on the dock to leave, it's in a DHL truck on it's way to the airport, or it's on an airplane or if it is at the airport in your country waiting for DHL pickup or it's being transported down "main street" of your town to the Embassy. We just don't know. Next is "Ready" which means your case has arrived at your Embassy and they have done all the necessary items on their end to make your case ready for the upcoming interview.

There are 22 cases for that date and 7 have recorded NVC received, leaving 15 that have not yet recorded as NVC received.   Patience needed, I suppose.   

Am october 10th, hard copy 9th and they havent received my case  at the NVC as of yesterday night when i called

For those whom have gotten a letter from their employers.  Have you addressed these to "For whom it may concern" or who have you addressed the letter to?

thats how they did it. I asked them to put my date of hire, position, full time employee (Im not a temp position), 2017 total wages....I should have also had them put my year to date earnings but I didn’t think about that so will provide my last 6 months of paystubs as well

I am also from Spain (Alicante) and I have a similar timeline than yours. Our case is "ready" since October 23rd, but still I do not have received anything from the Embassy (Madrid). I was wondering if you have contact the Embassy or if they have contacted you, and if they have sent you and email or by post?

I am getting so familiar with that guy on the NVC answering machine.  I could quote the whole script now.  "for your privacy we need .... Please don't stay on the line if you don't have the info". 

 

They still have nothing for our NOA2 Oct 11th.  So i will be listening to him again tomorrow!

Here is what you'll receive for your P3 from your Embassy. You have an advance copy. You still need to be in touch with your Embassy for instructions.

Spain requires the embassy send the packet 3 which allows the beneficiary to schedule and attend the medical and needs to be brought to the medical appointment, and in order to book the interview Spain requires packet 4. I have not verified this but this information came from someone who processed recently.

I emailed the embassy telling them our situation and they emailed me the Packet 3 with the instructions. 

The embassy email is: ivmadrid@state.gov

I sent them my P3 yesterday, so hopefully now I’m waiting for P4.

NOA 2 October 11th as well. Callled today - they received our case on Nov 6 and gave us the case number. Good luck!

I received my NVC email notification last night 11/7 after receiving NOA2 on 9/25.  NVC received the case on 10/26.

 

Immediately paid the invoices and bills now waiting them to clear to fill the forms.

Finally NVC received our case and case # assigned today! I called Monday and they said it wasn't there yet... I was going to wait til next week but something said it's there and it was!! We're getting closer to victory!
