What are the most common supporting evidence they will ask for ? are they will ask for the same pictures I have submitted , passport stamps , receipts .. etc. ?

I heard also the whole packet I have submitted for the USCIS for the I-129F will be Emailed or Mailed for me the petitioner or the beneficiary , can you clarify my mixed up   little knowledge please ?

I-134 supporting evidence is financial evidence.

The I-129f goes to the embassy,  not to either the USC or the beneficiary.   Wherever you heard this,  it might be a good time to stop listening to this source

YMMV

Your Embassy can provide you what's called a Packet 3 letter or P3 letter. This letter contains all the forms, documents, supporting information to complete the interview at your embassy. But normally I can provide an advanced copy of the P3 but from your profile I can't determine which Embassy you are interviewing at. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

Sorry I had posted the wrong Country. Contact the Embassy and ask for the P3 letter. If you could share it with me when you get it just PM me here on VJ and post the PDF file. Thanks.

The Embassy will contact the beneficiary once the packet arrives from NVC. This is usually only a 2 day time span. Once the packet is received and additional documents are obtained email the Embassy for an interview. Between email and actual interview it will be about 2 weeks. Most emailed just before they received all docs and were able to get it done before the interview. Don’t wait for embassy to contact you, if you really want the P3 letter containing all the instructions for the interview, email them at beirutIV@state.gov

Next step is when that status changes to “in transit” then it has shipped to the embassy. In the meantime make sure you have all your paperwork together. DS-160, I-134, photos, legal documents, etc.

Hello Everyone,

Hope everyone is doing well!

I received my NOA2 letter today.  It stated that it's valid from xx/xx/2018 to xx/xx/2019.

Does anyone know what this means?

Thank You and Best Wishes,

Chris

The Embassy prefers that your case is interviewed within that four-month "window" indicated on the NOA2. If it is required, the NOA2 can be extended up to a year by your Embassy but with good reason and the Embassy doesn't need to extend the NOA2 for the "one" year from expiration. The new extension, if approved, will be for an additional 4 months. Extensions are in the form of 4-month extension with each approval till you reach one year. If you need to go beyond a year, then you must go to the end of the line and begin the process from I-129f over again and pay the fees. You must provide a reason for the NOA2 extension when requesting the extension from your Embassy.
