Ds160 question where it says application receipt number is that the noa2 number or nvc number thanks Nina good luck to everyone waiting!

Receipt number on your NOA1 and NOA2 and they are the same on both documents.

Say guys could you help us out and complete your profile. Since many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

Hello Everyone,

Hope everyone is doing well!

I am using a immigration services office, who has helped me with preparing and submitting my

I-129F.  And they will continue to help me until my fiancee goes to her interview and hopefully gets

a K-1 visa.

Now that my petition has been approved, I emailed their office and asked them what the next steps

will be and what documents I have to have.

They told me that the NVC will send me a mail/email telling me to pay $120 for the Affidavit of Support

fee.  And I would need to submit my 2017 tax return, W2, and 2 latest paycheck stubs.  They also told

me that I will have to pay $325 for my fiancee's (beneficiary) visa interviewing fee.

I was wondering if this is also what your understanding is for the NVC phase?

Thank You and Best Wishes,

Chris

Nope. Not even close.  Go to the HCMC website, they have it detailed fairly well

Do we have to pay any fee to the NVC? I was reading something here about having to pay for

the Affidavit of support!

I don’t think so. I read the instructions to fill the form https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-134instr.pdf

and it says there is no filing fee.

I emailed my embassy ( Madrid) asking if I could schedule an appointment (knowing I need P4 for that). They apparently emailed me the P3 but there was nothing attached. I wonder if I can just follow another P3 instructions. 🤔

This is what they told me.
