Thanks @Greenbaum !! I don't see much information on the site about Packet 3 and just went to the embassy website. We finally filed the DS160. Do you remember if you paid the fee now or when it reaches the Embassy? One person said that it is too premature to pay the fee and that it is only done-so when the embassy receives your case.

The packet from the Embassy should list the things needed for the interview. The items could vary depending on country.
