Hi guys! NOA2 Oct 5th here hahaha! I hope we have good news this week! I have a question:

 

1. Let’s say I get a case number today, would my paperwork go to the embassy on this batch? Or does NVC take 2 extra weeks to process my papers?

Sorry to say but it's a 50/50 chance. I've seen some make it but I wouldn't hold by breath. Wish I had better news for you.

Luck thing.
One guy got his papers processed and sent out in 8days. Mine was received 13th, still waiting for it to be sent out lol
Most likely additional 2 weeks, especially if you don't have a "received" or "case number"

Same here, called just now.  They haven't received from USCIS just yet (NOA2 11th Oct).

first met late 2016, met 13 more times since. Filed i-129 Apr 14th. NOA2 dated Oct 11th.

as soon as I get the case number I can schedule medical and interview correct?  Also I can not submit the DS160 for my fiancé.  IS this all correct?

We got approved Sept. 26 got our case number Oct. 16 but to this date it’s still at NVC. Hoping it will be sent tomorrow or on Wednesday, so another additional 7-8days til it becomes ready..:rolleyes:

Got our NOA2 on October 10th according to the website, however a hard copy we received is dated October 9th..

My fiance called NVC on Friday (October 26th) and they told him that they recieved our case but havent assigned it a  case number yet... we are planning to call again next Friday, hopefully we hear some good news!

Hymm same with me Hard copy October  9th, website Oct 10th and they still havent received my case yet at the NVC

The way it is looking for a lot of us, I'd wait until next week to call. But by all means, feel free to call after two weeks! :)
