The appointed hospital here in Jakarta doesn't allow immunizations performed in different hospital. So only the record from when you're young/baby is accepted.  For adult Indonesians the vaccinations required are: varicella (unless you had it as a child), MMR, TDap and flu shot

You have anything that is in writing stating who gives the vaccinations and what vaccinations are given, for the visa there in Indonesia?

Yes...your beneficiary will need to check with your embassy there...although they are not required for travel to the US, they will be required for AOS when come to US...and from what I’ve read much more pesky to get in the US since it must be done by a civil surgeon or something like that...all around cheaper and easier done in your beneficiary’s home country

I know this from fellow Indonesians. Nothing in writing. The appointed hospital now is Premier Bintaro Hospital. My medical check up is schedule this Friday.

Heres hoping soon or we are going to miss the next batch sent to the embassies.

I called again at 7am Eastern and still no case. Let’s hope they get some in today and work quickly on giving them case numbers! 🙏
