Once you have a case number you can technically begin filling out the DS-160, however you should not submit it until you case has arrived at the embassy and you've received your P3.

Same here. NOA2 October 5th and a very rude man said “we haven't gotten it yet” and hung up on me lol. On the plus side, there was no wait time! I’m goijg to assume that with waiting for the NOA2, mine will take the full 6 weeks to get there. It seems to like to fall through the cracks. I’ll call again next Thursday. Oh well!

Another I-134 question. If you are an American citizen, do you complete question 12? I would think no, but again the sample on this site says yes. Confused!

I plan on calling next Tuesday or Wednesday because I can’t wait that long. So, I’ll post how it goes since we have the same date. :)

I got this email and text at 5.30am PST today, I'm hoping it means my case has been touched and being sent to NVC.  I logged into the old and new site and they both still say Approved.  Has anyone else received this message right before they got their new case # from NVC?

Haha after waiting 8 months for NOA2 I can wait a few more weeks. Plus my fiancé is probably not going to be able to come until January at this point anyway, so I feel no rush. But I’ll let you call and follow your lead
