After you have your NVC case number and Invoice ID number, then what? :)

Do I have to wait for an email or mailing before I can complete the DS-160, pay the Embassy fee, and schedule the interview? Basically, when can I schedule my interview? haha

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Send an email to the Embassy and ask for the Packet 3 letter that lists all the documents and steps for the interview. They will email you the P3 letter. Once you get that then send me a copy as I usually have them to share with each embassy but I don't have yours. Thanks.

Yes, just this year moved to Maputo. I was living in Quelimane for 3 years. I am a U.S. Citizen and my fiancé is Mozambican. Did you go through the K1 visa process previously?

Hi Guys! Happy to be here! Someone mentioned that CSC sends the approved petitions in batches. Our petition got approved on 10/17, when should we expect it to reach NVC? I have already signed up with NVC for the email thing.

I'm happy to be with here with everyone, too.  :)

I also signed up on the NVC website with my email address.  I  called today just to ask if maybe they received our file yet, gave the lady our USCIS case #, but nothing yet.   She was really nice and didn't even give me the "wait up to 6 weeks' thing, she said try back again in a few days.   I knew I was a bit early, we got our NOA2 dated  Oct 10.   I'll call again next week if I don't get an email before then.

The batches you are speaking of is from NVC to the Embassy and NOT USCIS to NVC. They go everyday.

has anyone gor the hardcopy notification to the mail box from NVC that thу case now is at the embassy?

exactly the same way as NOA 2 comes to the mail

our lawyer told us to wait for that paper on the mail

The only mail you will receive is the one with the case number. Once you have the case number you can follow the next steps for paying for the interview, scheduling the medical and completing the DS-160 and I-134. Once you pay and schedule your interview take a screen shot and print off your interview confirmation. You'll need that to book the medical. I'd recommend contacting the Embassy and ask for the Packet 3 letter (P3). That will have all the information as to what needs to be done for the interview. Please, when you get a copy can you share it with me as I usually have the P3 letters for most Embassy's but I don't have your Embassy. I hope this helps.
