Well. I can't send it until I have not received the letter from them so that is very nice of you to give me this information but it really doesn't answer my question. How long is it supposed to take until you receive your P3?

Here is your answer. Each embassy and each case and each of the embassies work load varies from day to day. There isn't anyone that can give you with any certainty your answer.

Alright thank you. I just thought that maybe other people from germany could tell me how long they've waited for it that were pretty recent, you know? That's why I thought I would ask this forum.

I advocate you go over to the sub-forum for Germany (blue ribbon on the top of the page, select "forums" and scroll down about 3/4 of the page and look for a close match for "Germany" or "Europe". Then once in the correct thread post your question. There are many more places on VJ to seek help and their are great tools to use. If that doesn't work out then following these steps. Select someone who is ahead of you in the timeline then send them a PM asking for help. I am sure they will help you.

Use the tools here in VJ to answer "when I am going to get etc. etc." question. Near your picture there is a link for your timeline. Select it and once you're on the next page near your picture  you will see "follow similar timelines" and it will populate 12 other couples who are near your dates. Scroll down and you will see a "spreadsheet" style page showing all the variables for measurement for when others are getting the same notice of approval or action.  Try it. It really works!

Hello Anna,

I just recently went through this too. You can check my timeline or the timeline of @americaninlove .

It took 10 days from NVC left to pack 3 received. Then i needed some time to get all my documents for the pack 3 done and I just got today pack 4 (took almost 2 weeks from pack 3 sent to pack 4 received).

Also the embassy told me that through the holiday season everything is kinda getting slower and slower. I already noticed that because the waiting time from pack 3 to pack 4 is usually between 2 - 7 days. The interview dates werent looking that good either. The next available date was the 10th of january (as of today).

Weird to me though, because the waiting times for frankfurt says "7 days". It didnt even show me any free dates for february either.

@Greenbaum

So we called the NVC and asked about our case .. they said our cas is at AP (administrative processing) .. what is the possible reason of this? I have a cancellation marriage, that's the reason i am thinking .. 😟

For a k1, NVC only does minimal housekeeping.  Occasionally USCIS misses dotting an "I". NVC just sends it back for them to complete

What is a cancellation marriage?

YMMV

Oh I'm hoping it's the only reason ..

I was registered married by someone i don't even know .. i told the attorney that I'm going to get an annulment and he advised me to just cancel it since i have all the evidence that i am not married to anyone ..

That would have prevented the petition from being approved in the first place, not anything to do with NVC. NVC does not readjudicate the USCIS decision

You are the beneficiary?
