I created this thread for those who are waiting for their NOA2 K-1 and the case assignment from NVC.   These are items that everyone ask for so I thought I just post them here for you to ref

Hi all. I have been a silent follower in this group for a while. Thank you all for the updates you provide. Very helpful. 

 

Our status changed to 'In Transit' this morning. Folks whose status shows In Transit today, have you received the email from NVC yet with the update? Just trying to get an estimate, as for India, we need that email to set up Medical (our interview date is for Dec 28th and we are running on a tight timeline, but staying positive).

That's great news! Go over to the December K1 NOA2 to NVC thread and go to the first page and go to #9 and follow the instructions to follow your file to Peru. Good Luck.

 

You don't by chance have a P3 letter from Peru do you? I am missing one and someone else is looking for a copy. Can you send me a copy when you get one. Thanks.

Thank you so much for your help I’m so happy :) well about P3 usually whole Peruvians I asked for they never received it however here there are some instructions but it’s in Spanish from

Peruvian embassy

Visa on hand. It was delivered yesterday. POE is on schedule on December 17. After 11 months being away from each other, we finally will celebrate Christmas and new year together!

 

@Greenbaum is there any thread for AOS January 2019?

Make sure he gives you a round trip ticket and once you have arrived you have 90 days to work through this. If it is not right for you, then pack your bags and head back to your home country, using the return portion of the ticket, where you can find that someone that is right for you. That action of returning will not harm any future visa's so don't hesitate in thinking you have to live with someone who is not right for you.

 

Keep in mind, this has been very stressful time for the two of you so take the 90 days and work through this as it still can work.

Our case was received by the NVC on 11/13,

We got MCN 11/25, there are cases in our group who got rfe,got their MCN 2days ago, and in transit yesterday ... Is there any reason why ours is still at NVC? 😟 It's so frustrating 😥😭
