I have some questions about DS160 Form:

How long will you stay in US?

So, if its supossed that the fiance will stay there for a long time cause this is for living, what should we write in that question?

Thank you so much

I gave 30 pictures about one week worth of pictures for this year she visited twice this year. I didn’t included boarding pass, she stayed at my house so the hotel part is out. But our chat log is very inappropriate lots of sexual talk and nudes I don’t think that can be of any use.

Ah ok...yeah, we had quite a few of those and I had to sift through a year's worth of chat logs. Hmm...maybe it's because she only visited twice?  Although you met that requirement.   The good thing is you have another shot.   I mean, if worse comes to worse, you may HAVE to show the explicit stuff (not the nudes!).  It is what it is...couples talk that way to each other sometimes.  It's not ideal to show that stuff, but if that's all you've got...     And the boarding passes.  Any money transfers?  That works too.

I sometimes see reference to the USTravelDocs website, then a subsequent mention of the CGIFederal website.  The USTravelDocs website seems to forward me immediately to the CGIFederal website.  I don't see anything to do on the USTravelDocs website.  When I do any "Create Account" or "Login", it sends me to the CGIFederal website.  I guess I'm confused why the USTravelDocs website is mentioned at all, or if there is anything that needs to be done there.

Hi @Greenbaum, or anyone else whose done this part,  would you be able to answer a question for me. My fiance has received an email copy of the P3 from the Embassy and I will be completing the I-134 form. I just wanted to know that in the supporting evidence, do we provide all of the things listed below from A to C, or do we choose between the 3 of evidence to provide? I just want to be sure, I mean obviously nothing bad with turning in all three (or A & B) but I would just need to know to get in contact with my bank and get the information needed ASAP to send the documents in.

Thank you, I appreciate any help.

Most people prove income and this is done with recent paystubs, recent tax return and occasionally employment letter

YMMV

So you don't have to provide everything from A and B (or C if it applies) You can choose either one.

Thank you!

Well, my fiance just got this in her email:

Quote

Good afternoon, we found in our system that you have a scheduled appointment for next Thursday, December 6 at the embassy. However, we inform you that your physical case has not yet reached the embassy. You should expect the package instructions will be sent directly by us to make the appointment scheduling process and presentation to your interview.

Cordially,

Although it was set to ready and I saw that DHL delivered it last Friday, they are claiming they don't have it.   We're devastated because there are no more appointments in December.   Has anybody else had experience with this?  I replied to the email, but they seem slow.  For now, I told my fiancee to just keep pushing ahead.   Anybody have any advice/answers??

Firstly, relax. As i understand You've signed up for interview, done medical, without actually receiving P3? IMO, if you haven't heard anyone doing that, in your embassy, i wouldn't advise to do it, even if it would cost another month of wait.

As upsetting as it is, not much can be done, to make them "have" the application. All you can do is call them from time to time and ask whether they have received the case or not.
Without acknowledging that they have received the case, nothing will move.
Some embassies, as i understand, have the mail days, where they go through the mail. So it might be sitting in the embassy, but it wasn't opened yet.

Now calm down, and hope for them to open it up soon enough.
Does it CURRENTLY say ready on CEAC tracker?

YES.  It has said Ready since Thursday.    I'm going to just tell her to still go, and worse case is they still don't have it.  No harm done.  And we'll just have to reschedule.   I know it's there, (DHL delivered Friday AM)  but somebody just hasn't gone to pull it.  I dunno.

Usually embassy will contact you first once they are ready, and send out the P3 and you send them the required docs ahead of the interview. Have you done that?

The embassies are ship an electronic version for the same reason. Just because they don't have the physical application doesn't mean that they do not have an electronic version I would say push through and go to the interview anyway.

The electronic notification is NOT the whole file.  It is simply summary information which is likely insufficient to perform the interview

The P3 is available on this site and I've read people who scheduled without receiving it when their case is set to Ready.   At any rate, we'll see what happens.  Worst case is they just don't have it.
