Hello guys just a quick question- maybe its silly - but for the ds-160 form it says its for applying for a nonimmigrant visa- am i on the wrong one? Thanks

Nope.  K1 is a nonimmigrant visa interviewed by the immigrant Visa unit

YMMV

I got her a nice hotel just for that reason..so she could relax, get some room service, watch movies or whatever.   Last night she just cried as we were putting the docs in order.   She's always been strong willed and this is the first time she's been like this.

Don't be so harsh with interview. We didn't even go over things once, just "Do you have all the paperwork?" Too much of it, will just make it worse IMHO.
don't take it the wrong way. Leave it where it's at. It'll go okay, you guy's done all you could, now leave the rest for the interview and don't stress.🤞

Basically my question is: why the CEAC shows “in transit” even if I already have the confirmation from the Italian Consulate that my interview is scheduled and the visa fees are paid?

Probably is just the CEAC website not being updated.

Probably.

I tried this for Canada and I got back nothing.  I was not able to add the city (Montreal) just Canada??

It works for most. Verify that you have all your information correct. The shipper's ref must include not only the date but EXP and at the end A with no space.

I think the DHL tracker was down as well.   It worked early this morning and then didn't and then did again

Had incorrect dates

:D That will do it. I'm the kind of guy that doesn't read the directions and jumps head first into a project only to find out I didn't know squat about what I am doing so back to the instructions. I'm sitting here right now with a electrical box hanging out of the wall as I am doing WiFi switches as a update to my smart home. I guess the home is smarter then I am. :jest:

Hi another question, i have had a passport from another country before (tunisia) which expired in 2005 and i was a child, so on the ds-160 form when it says "do you have any other nationality" is the answer yes or no? Since the passport is expired now - i have never lived there.

Expired passport does not indicate whether you are a citizen or not of another country.   Did you revoke your prior citizenship?

YMMV

She is so scared. Poor thing. Being alone is a foreign place doesn’t help. But she has your support. It will be over soon!!! Good luck!

The stress will do that to you.  My girl finally calmed down today.  She went to the gym to get some stress relief.

She has fingerprints in the morning and then in the evening she has her medical appointment.  Wednesday is her day to just run around in Bogota saying goodbyes to family and friends.

Sincerly,

Alfredo and Denisse

I had my interview today, presented all documents and etc. the Co said all my documents were fine but she gave me a 221g requesting a follow up interview where my petitioner (fiancé) and I must be present as well as more proof of relationship; pictures, phone logs and money transfer receipts. Just here a bit  worried on what is going to happen. Can anybody give me a little enlightenment on what to expect. Also would they issue it without the follow up interview and etc. being that she said all my documents were fine? Thank you in advance.
