Yay!  Finally got case number assigned!

NVC Received: 11/13

NVC Case Number Assigned: 11/23

The CEAC info might be helpful to append to the "first post" boilerplate.

Mine still says no information returned

So I just noticed this on the tracker below In Transit.  Does it mean anything?

Your case is in transit to the Consular Section. Your interview date was provided to you by the National Visa Center.

Mine said the same thing.

Got it.  Thanks.   From the Bogota Section it say it takes 3 days to get there.   I'm kinda doubtful that's happening.

Stopping teasing yourself and hitting reload all the time. You'll go insane by the time your fiance moves to US/ or You do, whichever lol
Try again tomorrow, if it'll say In transit, it is in transit, if not, wait another 2 weeks. Speculating, overanalizing won't help the case to move faster, just flooding servers and making it difficult for everyone else to check (like ceac was loading crappy for a week or so). Once a day, twice tops should give you an idea whether the case has moved or not.
Don't take it the wrong way, i was in your shoes 2 weeks ago.

you've got a passenger to collect at the airport today !! No time for VJ for you.   :)

Thank you!  Now to try this dhl trick...

Exactly!!  Ceac "ready" isnt enough.  Reminds me of that song from The Greatest Showman "Never enough, never enough".

So I was in a meeting since my last post and my laptop has been non-stop "ringing" with the "new post" alerts.  I come back and there are 2 new pages of comments!   Seems like I lit a fuse (well our friends in NVC lit the fuse, thanks NVC).

Anyhow the September NOA to NVC thread has 134 pages, so there is still some way for this thread to go!! - for our members who will need to wait for the next shipment.

If it does not work for you, then give it 12 to 24 hours till NVC and DHL update each other. It does work, just need a little patience.
