I don't suppose I am the only one who has been pointlessly putting the NVC number on ceac.... for the past 2 weeks.  I'm so familiar with that "at NVC" status.  Hoping to see a new status this week.

WOHOO! "In Transit" status update!

Edit: Is it normal that the NVC's status checker says "In Transit" but the DHL tracker reference thing isn't showing any results??? 😖

We have almost the same date, but it says still " at NVC" I'm praying so it can change to transit, I just checked some minutes ago.

I'm not going to guarantee anything. However, my case went with the last shipment and took about an hour or two to update after some others began posting that their status updated. Give it at little bit longer...there is still hope!

Stopping teasing yourself and hitting reload all the time. You'll go insane by the time your fiance moves to US/ or You do, whichever lol
Try again tomorrow, if it'll say In transit, it is in transit, if not, wait another 2 weeks. Speculating, overanalizing won't help the case to move faster, just flooding servers and making it difficult for everyone else to check (like ceac was loading crappy for a week or so). Once a day, twice tops should give you an idea whether the case has moved or not.
Don't take it the wrong way, i was in your shoes 2 weeks ago.

Thank you for the advice but I'm definitely going to keep hitting reload. No self-teasing or over-analyzing going on here, just excitement! You might have been in different shoes than me 😁

I'm doing/did the same thing.  I don't even know why I bother.  Hopefully it'll change to in transit today or tomorrow.

Ok. It's a new week and fresh cases with case numbers are heading out to the Embassies. I hope everyone is on board for this trip. Starts Tuesday and Wednesday. Be sure to check the CEAC website for status updates.

If you want an advance copy of your Embassy P3 letter just hit me up as I have most.

You can track you package from NVC to your Embassy by using this little trick. Caution: All of the cases on this shipment for your Embassy will include your case as well as others. So this shipment is not just your case file. Please don't ask "is my case in that shipment"!

Go to www.dhl.com click Express then Tracking, then Track by Shipper's Reference, and on this page you add your search information. You change the day and month to what you think your package might have left NVC or call NVC to get the date your package had left NVC in route to your Embassy then go to the DHL website and enter the following information:

EXAMPLE:

* Shipper´s Reference : EXP 24 MAR 2011A  (This is the date you think it left NVC, just substitute the date and leave everything else as is)

* Date range for shipment - From: 23 - 03 - 2011

* Date range for shipment - To: 26 - 03 - 2011

Account Number - Leave this blank

Shipment Destination: Manila (Works for any Country Just replace the city where the Embassy is located)

You're the best.   This post lifted me from some blues (some not related to this whole journey).   Hopefully most of our cases will head out today.  Crossing my fingers

Don't forget that sometimes package tracking gets delayed, scanned later, or scanned next morning. along with CEAC updating slightly later.
Hang on until tomorrow afternoon. Most likely if it still says "At NVC", it didn't leave with that batch, and wait for the next one.
